When everyone says the same thing, people stop hearing any of it. And when you can't explain your value, the market decides your price.
People want more from their food than taste; they want to know what it does for them. That's prevention. Almost nobody in food and drink is claiming that ground, and the ones who do own the shelf.
That's what I do. I find the real health value in what you produce through the lens of culinary medicine + position it where the market is moving, in language people understand, trust + buy.
Because remarkable food deserves better language.
After 24 years in New York putting the world's biggest brands in front of the people they wanted to sell to, I retrained in culinary medicine + nutrition because I wanted to know what food actually does, not just how it's marketed.
Most brand experts don't speak health. Most health experts don't speak brand.
